I saw this section, saw many threads about it and wondered; what is RuneFest?

Runescape convention, worth going if your into the game and live in the area its being held in. Last two years its been held in the UK, but it might be held in New York this year.

The event has it's own website Runefest.*** (that's gonna get censored but you can guess hopefully).
It still has the info up about last years Runefest so might give you an idea of what it was like.

My personal opinion is that it was awesome.

RuneFEST is a two days long RuneScape fan event.

All JaGeX Moderators are there, theres a little disco, and they are giving away they golden gnomes to the best RuneScape Movie makers.

You can buy a normal 2 days ticket or you can buy a VIP ticket where you can talk with JMods and whatever a VIP can do

I hope this helped you a bit .

Getting drunk at the after parties are always good, Getting drunk at runefest in general is awesome.
