I can totally appreciate where you're coming from - as I mentioned in my message, the funds have been reserved by the bank and are still in their possession, I can assure you that we haven't taken any amount from you.
Feel free to contact the bank and be sure to inform them that your payment was accepted by them yet declined by our systems. They will then be able to advise you on when you can expect the funds to be returned to your account.
Following the extra info I gave you will ensure you can successfully grab your membership.
hello mod chef, i have read ur inbox to me in the message centre about how you think its being declined because im using AMEX. but this isnt the case, i just tried my credit card (VISA) and it was declined aswell, i dont want to use any other option besides credit card to pay for this...and my paypal is inactive ATM... i dont like the paybycash method or any other method, please let my credit card payment go through... make the systems accept it...cause i have sufficient funds and am putting in the right details. im trying to payy off the debt i owe the comapny, but the company wont accept it? what kind of logic is that...i need to get rid of the -360 Jcoins... and please make the systems accept my credit card payment.
hey mod chef, I have decided to Quit RS. I have multiple accounts that I never cancled the Membership on. I just cancled this one just now. However I can not remember all the passwords.. Is there a way to stop ALL of the membership payments link to my account? Thanks!
I posted on this Forum about 5 days ago on page 377 about not getting my money back from when it said "card failed", Mod Fiz said that the money would come back into my account, I have to say that it is not back into my bank account, so I would like it now. Ive been waiting for over 5 days and I have still not received my money back.

Thanks for getting back to us! Let me reassure you, we haven't taken the money and I would suggest contacting your bank directly to know more on this as they might have reserved the funds for your payment attempts (not Jagex). They will be able to help!
